Role of the cleaning and disinfection process in the prevention and elimination of Listeria monocytogens biofilm
Work performed by the ICF team in a pre-cooked bovine tripe production company in order to eliminate recontamination from Listeria monocytogenes.
The document illustrates, by applying the ICF sanitation service, how the analysis of the presence of Listeria is performed, the identification of the cause of recontamination, the activation of the necessary corrective actions in order to eliminate recontamination and prevent recontamination.
